Expert at the Legislative
Committee of the Grand Council (Parliament) of
Geneva for the mediation and conciliation (second half of 2004, the

President of the think tank
commissioned by the Judiciary of the Republic
and Canton of Geneva to prepare the draft law on civil mediation [RS /
GE E 2
05 and March 05]. Editor of the explanatory memorandum and asked to
present
this project before the Legislative Committee of the Grand Council of
Geneva

Member of working
groups of judges examining the AP respectively the draft
Civil Procedure Swiss (conciliation / mediation). Editor of proposed
amendments
and comments for the project CPC (2003-2006).
Chairman of the Expert Group to
amend the law establishing the Conciliation
Commission for leases and rents [RS / GE E 3 15] on social affairs.
Editor of
the statement of reasons and asked to present this project before the
Legislative Committee of the Grand Council of Geneva (2002-2003).

group by the State Council of Geneva to prepare a
draft law to adapt Geneva Application of the Civil Code to the new
divorce law
