OTHER MANDATES, JUDICIAL OR PRIVATE

Jean A. Mirimanoff holds other types of mandates, at the request of civil courts or individuals, as a curator of the right of access for children or as a representative of the members of an inheritance, or as trusted third party, with the mission of undertaking all measures capable of achieving the objective entrusted to him.  Bu using both his experience as a judge and that of a mediator, this type of mission sometimes enables him to find, with the collaboration of the parties, a broader agreement to resolve their entire dispute.
