We hear by hybrid process, the use of elements borrowed from several types of resolution that interpenetrate or combine with one another. The use of hybrids makes possible to preserve the points of agreements acquired during an amicable process, in case of deadlock on other points. It allows to avoid the disadvantages of a partial agreement.  Thus, the parties can end the conflict, save time and avoid the waste that traditional procedures imply.
